Florida East Coast Railway is seeking a Conductor to supervise freight train crews, coordinate switch engine operations, and arrange car movements for loading and unloading in a rail yard or similar location. Training begins in New Smyrna Beach, FL, with eventual assignment to the Miami terminal for on‑the‑job training across yard, local, and through freight operations.
Starting pay is $29.34/hr, with increases to $39.86–$44.42/hr after qualification under the collective bargaining agreement.
