Lead Driver

Lead Driver Position

Pay: $23.00 – per hour

Assist station leadership with daily operations.

Support onboarding and training of new drivers.

Serve as a safety ambassador and role model.

Help monitor service quality and operational standards.

Assist with fleet readiness and communication between drivers and leadership.

Coach and mentor team members while maintaining a professional and positive culture.

This is a working leadership position and an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking future advancement into assistant station leader and station leader roles.

Minimum qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older. (under 25 must have professional driving experience)

Valid U.S. driver's license.

Clean background check.

Clean driving record- no moving violations for 3 years/ no accidents for 3 years.

Ability to obtain a non-CDL DOT medical card.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Customer-service mindset with a professional attitude.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Preferred:

Airport transportation experience.

Shuttle driving experience.

Hospitality experience.

Leadership experience (lead driver applicants).
