The Mission
Own every phase of flight while upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and service. You’ll set the tone on the flight deck, make sound operational decisions, and represent Gold Aviation with excellence on domestic and international missions.
What You’ll Do- Serve as Pilot in Command for Phenom 300 operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flights.
- Lead flight planning, performance computations, fuel strategy, and risk assessment for varied missions.
- Operate confidently across domestic and international airspace, adhering to FAA and international procedures.
- Model exceptional crew resource management and mentor crew members in a collaborative cockpit.
- Deliver a refined, discreet passenger experience for high-profile clients and executives.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, maintenance, and operations; troubleshoot operational issues in real time.
- Maintain currency, training, and strict adherence to Gold Aviation SOPs and safety protocols.
- Flight time: Minimum 2,500 hours total; 2,000 hours fixed-wing; 1,000 hours PIC; 1,000 hours turbine.
- Certificates: Valid FAA ATP with multi-engine; FAA First Class Medical; FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Type rating: Phenom 300 (EMB-505). Gold Aviation is willing to type-rate the right candidate.
- International experience and working knowledge of international regulations, procedures, and navigation.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations and Gold Aviation operational policies.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; valid passport with unrestricted international travel.
- Exceptional decision-making under pressure; exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, service-oriented demeanor with passengers and crew; strong team collaboration.
- Proficiency with modern avionics, FMS, and navigation systems; ability to troubleshoot operational/technical issues.
- Schedule flexibility to support day/night operations, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Associate degree preferred (not required).
