Role OverviewThe Member Support Specialist – Nights & Weekends is the operational heartbeat of BOND’s Account Management team when the rest of the world is off the clock. This role owns real-time trip coordination and member communication during evening and weekend hours — ensuring that the white-glove BOND experience never sleeps. You’ll work directly alongside Directors and Account Managers, handling the operational layer of trip execution so our client-facing team can stay focused on relationships.
This role is built for someone who thrives under pressure, owns their shift completely, and holds themselves to the same standard at 2AM as they would you have an aviation operations background, a member-first mindset, and the discipline to perform at a high level during non-standard hours, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Own real-time member communication during nights and weekends — trip status updates, proactive outreach, and one-call resolution.
- Coordinate trip logistics end-to-end: flight scheduling, catering, ground transportation, FBO readiness, and last-minute changes.
- Monitor active flights and communicate delays, diversions, or operational changes to members and internal stakeholders immediately.
- Liaise directly with flight crews, FBOs, and third-party vendors to resolve issues in the moment.
- Act as the off-hours escalation point for operational issues, exercising sound judgment to resolve or elevate as appropriate.
- Partner with Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Scheduling to maintain cohesive trip execution across the operation.
- Ensure clean, accurate handoffs at shift transitions so the daytime team picks up with full situational awareness.
- Maintain accurate data entry across operational systems, keeping clean records for all assigned trips.
- Surface recurring operational gaps or service breakdowns to leadership for continuous improvement.
- 2+ years of experience in aviation operations, flight coordination, charter operations, or a premium member/client services environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities under time pressure with accuracy and composure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional and member-first in all interactions.
- Proficiency with operations or scheduling platforms; ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
- Consistent availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a structured shift schedule.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Experience in fractional aviation, Part 135 charter, or a premium private aviation environment.
- Familiarity with FBO operations, flight dispatch, or aircraft scheduling systems.
- Background supporting UHNW or high-profile clientele in a direct-service capacity.
- Familiarity with large-cabin Bombardier aircraft, including the Challenger 3500, Global 6500 and Global 8000.
- Exposure to trip management platforms or CRM tools used in aviation or luxury hospitality.
- Education in aviation (e.g., Embry-Riddle) and/or pilot certification is a strong plus.
