Operate a 53’ dry van tractor-trailer making 1–2 deliveries per route;
Unload freight by hand and with a hand truck at each stop;
Handle boxes weighing up to 60–70 pounds throughout the shift;
Work local routes with 8–9 hour shifts and start times between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM;
Be home daily and possibly work 5 or 6 days per week depending on demand
