Fulfillment Associate

Backyard Breaks is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our on-site team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring orders are packed accurately, cards are protected properly, and our fulfillment operation runs smoothly every day.

You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where efficiency, organization, and pride in your work directly contribute to the customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Pack and sort orders efficiently and accurately
• Assemble base card packs and ensure all components are properly put together
• Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Sleeve and case cards to protect product quality
• Follow proper packing procedures to ensure safe, secure shipment of all items
• Support the fulfillment manager and director with additional tasks as needed

• Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse work is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift objects up to-and sometimes over-50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to look down, focus, and perform detail-oriented tasks for long stretches
• Willingness to perform various warehouse duties, including handling cards and packaging materials
