Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, or until work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
  • When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Operate equipment safely in racks that are 25 feet tall and work at those heights while maintaining safety protocols.
  • Remain on the move, working on feet for extended periods and available for overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and call‑center as business needs arise.
  • Perform additional job‑related tasks as instructed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Handling of commercial tires includes rolling, destacking, team lifting, or use of mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self‑retracting lifeline).

All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots. The employee must comply with all safety and manufacturing guidelines for equipment use.

Work environment may include exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
  • Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Ability to pass forklift certification.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (do not test for THC/marijuana).
