Summary: The role of Delivery Warehouse Team Member is an entry level position focused on loading and unloading merchandise from trucks or containers, organizing stock, and ensuring accurate labeling.

• Loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock, and applying appropriate labels.
• Collecting merchandise from various areas and safely transporting materials to the correct staging area.
• Receiving and documenting merchandise.
• Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Ensuring that all merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for transfer.
• Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.
• Assisting with training of newly employed workers.
• Scanning labels to confirm products are staged to the correct destination.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment at all times.

High school graduation or equivalent combination of education and experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties described. A minimum of two years prior experience in warehouse operations is required.

• Ability to read English or other required language to interpret invoices, repair orders, faxed requests, and written materials.
• Basic English writing skills.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction) to verify quantity of merchandise.
• Ability to lift or move goods up to 75 pounds unassisted or up to 150 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand or sit and perform essential job functions for a seven‑and‑one‑half hour shift, including two fifteen‑minute breaks and a half‑hour meal break.
