Warehouse Overnight Selector

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Selector you will pick, gather and organize product and prepare orders for delivery to local customers. Upbeat individuals who stay active and fit while earning above‑average income are perfect for this role.

Earn $20.00 per hour while in training. Full‑time second shift only.

Shift: 2nd Shift.

Location:

1802 Jim Johnson Road, Plant City, FL33566.

• Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset.
• Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors.
• Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to safety standards.
• Operating a double walk‑rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases from storage racks and place on pallet.
• Applying selection labels to appropriate cases.
• Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure product safety and prevent damage.
• Informing supervisor of any differences in case quantity or description.
• Performing equipment inspections and completing required forms.
• Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels.
• Following material handling equipment safe operating procedures.

• Continuously standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift.
• Walking 6‑12 miles per day on varied surfaces (concrete, tile, carpet).
• Frequent lifting of product weighing 1‑60 lbs or more, from floor to overhead.
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height.
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box‑cutting tools.
• Working temperatures: perishable (refrigerated) 28°‑60°, grocery (dry goods) 50°‑90°, frozen ‑20° to 0°.
