Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping outbound orders accurately and efficiently. This role ensures all shipments meet company standards, customer requirements, and carrier regulations while maintaining a safe and organized shipping area. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience and be committed to ensuring efficient distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments according to order specifications
  • Verify product accuracy, quantities, and condition prior to shipment
  • Generate and process shipping documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, and carrier labels
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, LTL, freight providers, etc.)
  • Load and unload shipments manually or using material handling equipment
  • Ensure shipments comply with company policies, customer requirements, and DOT regulations
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and update inventory or ERP systems as required
  • Inspect packaging to ensure proper protection and cost efficiency
  • Communicate shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area
  • Assist with inventory counts, returns, or warehouse tasks as needed
Print Production Support
  • Assist with basic print production tasks such as unboxing, prepping materials, and handling print output.
  • Organize and stage printed materials for finishing, packaging, or shipping.
  • Coordinate with the print team to prioritize schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Assist with equipment troubleshooting or elevate issues to management as needed.
General Duties
  • Flex between departments based on workload and staffing needs.
