We are expanding our team in the United States and are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor based in Florida. This position is focused on overseeing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy while supporting business performance and customer satisfaction. The role will be key in maintaining operational excellence, leading warehouse activities, and ensuring compliance with company standards. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Responsabilities:
- Ensure zero accidents or safety incidents by enforcing safety standards and procedures.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials.
- Ensure order accuracy and timely preparation for deliveries and customer pickups.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular audits and system updates.
- Organize shipment priorities for efficient loading and verification.
- Oversee loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Monitor and report any product damage, discrepancies, or inventory issues.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics.
- Oversee documentation tracking and warehouse management systems.
- Support team performance, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure facility security and proper end-of-day procedures.
- Valid driving licence required
- Previous experience in warehouse operations (supervisory experience is a plus).
- Forklift experience (certification preferred).
