Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Support professional for a temporary, 2-month contract assignment in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role supports a high-volume public-sector logistics operation during an important election cycle, helping prepare, organize, pack, stage, distribute, receive, and reconcile precinct supplies and related materials. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, logistics, inventory, packing, shipping and receiving, or production operations experience who enjoy accurate, hands-on work in a structured team environment.

- Prepare, assemble, count, pack, label, and stage precinct supplies, materials, containers, and equipment according to established instructions and checklists.
- Verify precinct numbers, labels, quantities, item descriptions, packing lists, and inventory records for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, organizing, moving, storing, loading, unloading, distributing, and recovering supplies and equipment.
- Identify and report missing, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, excess, or misplaced items using proper escalation procedures.
- Support inventory counts, reconciliation, returns processing, material separation, and storage preparation after election operations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse, staging, packing, loading, and storage areas while following all safety and security procedures.

- Prepare, pack, label, stage, and organize election-related precinct supplies and warehouse materials.
- Verify counts, labels, quantities, packing lists, and inventory documentation for accuracy.
- Support receiving, sorting, storage, movement, distribution, return, and reconciliation of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain safe, clean, organized warehouse and staging areas while following established procedures.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred in warehouse support, logistics, inventory, production operations, packing, order fulfillment, or related operational work.
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions, packing lists, supply lists, labels, checklists, and inventory records.
- Strong counting, sorting, comparing, organizing, verification, and reconciliation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive or high-volume work.
- Ability to safely use carts, dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks, packing tools, and other authorized material-handling equipment when trained or instructed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to promptly report discrepancies, safety concerns, damaged items, missing materials, or other issues.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and availability for the full temporary assignment.
- Ability to work independently within established procedures and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be able to complete a drug screen and background check.
- Previous experience in warehouse support, logistics, inventory control, packing, shipping and receiving, supply preparation, material handling, order fulfillment, government operations, public-sector operations, or election-cycle logistics.
- Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven warehouse, production, or operations environment.
- Familiarity with inventory accountability, quality control procedures, staging processes, and safe material-handling practices.
