The Impact You’ll Make As our Warehouse Lead, you are the conductor of the floor. Working directly alongside our Warehouse Manager, you will bring project blueprints to life by ensuring items are staged perfectly, inventory is tracked flawlessly, and the team moves with precision and efficiency.

• Lead from the Front:
  Direct daily floor activities—guiding the team through receiving, staging, loading, and organized storage.
• Master the Inventory:
  Take pride in a pristine warehouse. Track high‑value assets, conduct strategic cycle counts, and keep our inventory system immaculate.
• Bring Designs to Life:
  Oversee the precision staging and quality inspection of luxury furniture and lighting for high‑profile installations and white‑glove deliveries.
• Champion Safety & Standards:
  Keep the floor safe, organized, and running smoothly, ensuring equipment is maintained and team safety is always top‑of‑mind.
• Mentor & Elevate:
  Help onboard and train warehouse staff, building a positive, motivated squad that takes pride in high standards.

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

• Execute daily priorities and workload plans established by the Warehouse Manager
  .
• Direct and coordinate daily activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, pulling, staging, and loading merchandise.
• Monitor team productivity on the floor and report daily progress, bottlenecks, and performance issues to the Warehouse Manager
  .
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in training new warehouse staff on proper material handling, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Oversee receiving procedures, inspecting incoming shipments for damage, verifying packing slips, and logging inventory into the management system.
• Perform regular cycle counts as assigned by the Warehouse Manager and report inventory discrepancies immediately.
• Implement organized storage strategies that maximize space utilization and protect delicate or high‑value design goods.
• Process claims for damaged goods and coordinate repair/refurbishment status with the Warehouse Manager
  .
• Review project pick sheets and staging schedules to accurately pull furniture, lighting, and decor items for upcoming design installations.
• Ensure all staged items undergo quality control checks (cleanliness, minor repairs, hardware check) prior to dispatch.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in coordinating with white‑glove delivery teams, installers, and project managers to streamline loading schedules and transport logistics.
