Temporary Administrative Assistant

Location: Fort Lee, NJ
Pay Rate: $20-$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Duration: Minimum 6 weeks, with potential to extend
Start Date: Immediate

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and reliable Temporary Administrative Assistant for an immediate opening in Fort Lee, NJ.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Process and maintain paperwork and office records
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Assist residents, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Perform additional clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
