Job Description

Pro Sidian Seeks a Lead Developer / Consultant (Contract Contingent) located in Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area) to support an engagement for Contract Lifecycle Management on behalf of a Federal Government Agency. The Pro Sidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service in support to Business Process Re‑engineering (BPR) for contract lifecycle management processes to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re‑engineered process operational requirements.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide support to Business Process Re‑engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re‑engineered process operational requirements. Contract lifecycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of a Federal Agency’s Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of a Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities.

This project focuses efforts on support to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at CMOs while developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures.

This is Contract Contingent or Contract W‑2 Position and Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full‑Time Pro Sidian employed W‑2 position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary.

The ideal Lead Developer / Consultant (Contract Contingent) has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of this basic IDIQ and all awarded TOs on behalf of The Pro Sidian Engagement Team. The following are examples of what the Pro Sidian and the Client would consider personnel and the skills, education and work experience that could be required in order to be successful:

Qualifications
  • QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's Degree is desired.
  • Work Experience includes eight years of operational experience in Government or industry and a minimum of five years of experience managing testing environments.
  • The Lead Developer should act to enable their team to be as efficient as possible and ensure that the engagement standards and principles are not only communicated throughout the team but also actively enforced.
  • The Lead Developer should be able to understand and explain to the Engagement Team the importance of principles of good software design and development so that we are able to produce software of the highest possible quality in the fastest possible time and will be able to continue to do so in the future.
  • The Lead Developer should be able to understand and talk coherently about any practices (such as K2 Black Pearl Workflow & Forms technologies) with good understanding of OOD, data structures,…
