Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC seeks an Assistant Superintendent for the Fort Lee Construction site. You will supervise punch carpenters and laborers, coordinate inspections with officials, and help manage project risks and schedules to ensure quality and timely completion.
Required high school diploma with 2+ years in multi-family construction;
Bachelor’s in construction management preferred. Proficiency in MS Project/Office is expected;
Procore and Textura are a plus.
