We are seeking an experienced Multimedia / Visual Information Specialist to develop professional digital, print, photographic, video, presentation, and social-media products supporting U.S. Army communications at Fort Lee, Virginia. This role combines creative-production expertise with the ability to operate in a fast-paced military staff environment supporting senior leaders, ceremonies, special events, information campaigns, and recurring communications requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop professional graphics, posters, brochures, flyers, announcements, and other print and digital products
- Plan, capture, edit, and produce professional photography and video products
- Support video production, live streaming, special events, ceremonies, and senior-leader engagements
- Perform video editing, image enhancement, graphic design, layout, and post-production
- Develop visual content supporting social-media and information campaigns
- Develop storyboards, campaign-support materials, and multimedia concepts
- Develop and refine presentation graphics and multimedia elements for executive briefings
- Perform editorial, visual, and production quality control
- Maintain organized digital-media files, archives, and product libraries
- Coordinate production requirements with Government customers and other contractor team members
- Support rapidly changing priorities and short-turn requirements
- Demonstrated professional experience in multimedia, visual-information, or digital-media production
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable professional multimedia tools
- Demonstrated digital photography and videography experience
- Video editing and post-production experience
- Strong graphic-design and desktop-publishing skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
- High-level written and oral communication skills; fluent English
- Ability to work onsite at Fort Lee and support scheduled events as required
- Army / DoD visual-information, communications, or public-affairs experience
- Livestream and event-production experience
- Social-media content-production and analytics experience
- Experience developing communications products for senior military or Government leaders
- SharePoint and Microsoft Teams content-management experience
- Familiarity with Army visual-information, branding, accessibility, or Section 508 requirements
- Graphic design and visual communication
- Photography and videography
- Video editing and post-production
