Dental Billing Specialist and Front Desk Receptionist

Hello! We’re a well-established group dental practice in Fort Lee, NJ, seeking a dependable, organized, and steady professional to join our front office team (3-4 days per week). If you value structure, systems, clear expectations, and being trusted with responsibility, you’ll thrive here. This is a role that grows into ownership of our billing and insurance systems.

We’ll train you step by step to eventually own:

• Insurance payment posting (ERA / EFT) in Open Dental
• Insurance claim follow-up and aging reports
• Monitoring and improving accounts receivable
• Maintaining organized communication systems
• Supporting accurate financial workflows

You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be willing to learn, take responsibility, and follow through.

You’ll also support the front desk team as needed, including:

• Patient check-in and check-out
• Answering phones
• Managing patient emails and online messages
• Supporting insurance tracking and follow-up
• Keeping the front desk organized and efficient

Chinese or Japanese language skills are a strong plus. Dental experience is helpful but not required.
