• Technology in Contemporary Society (BEHS 103)
  Interdisciplinary introduction exploring how technology shapes society, relationships, work, culture, learning, and social life.
• Parenting Today (BEHS 343)
  Critical issues in modern parenting in the United States and worldwide, focusing on gender roles, socioeconomic status, single parenting, divorce, race, ethnicity, LGBT parenting, and multigenerational/military families.
• Introduction to Sociology (SOCY 100)
  Basic concepts, theoretical perspectives, and research methods in sociology, covering culture, socialization, groups, deviance, stratification, institutions, and social change.

• Master’s degree in Social Science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional experience in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Teaching experience with adult learners in online or higher‑education settings is strongly preferred.

• Resume or Curriculum Vitae.
• Cover Letter (highly preferred).
• International degree holders may need to provide a translation/degree evaluation from a NACES‑approved vendor.

• Engage students through frequent interaction and motivate them to succeed.
• Guide students in active collaboration and problem‑ and project‑based learning.
• Provide rich, regular constructive feedback using rubrics and acknowledge student accomplishments.
• Demonstrate current subject‑matter expertise and help students connect concepts across their program.
• Offer feedback to the program chair on potential curricular improvements.
