We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our growing team in Fort Lee, NJ! We aren't just looking for someone to answer tickets; we want a player advocate who will act as the bridge between our community and our development team.

Location: Fort Lee, NJ (100% On-site) ⏰
Work Mode: Full-time (Remote/Hybrid not available) đź’°
Compensation: $28 - $35/hr (Based on experience)
Schedule
:
Full-time with a 3-shift rotation
Shifts:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
As a Customer Support Agent, you will manage high-volume player inquiries across email and live chat. You’ll be responsible for identifying user needs, de-escalating issues, and—most importantly—translating feedback into actionable insights to help us build better products.
What You’ll Do- Support & Solve: Provide top-tier assistance via email and live chat.
- Advocate: Identify recurring bugs or player pain points and propose proactive solutions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our international team to refine support processes.
- Focus on Satisfaction: Ensure every player leaves the interaction feeling heard and supported.
- Excellent Communicators: Strong written skills with a knack for de-escalation.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask across platforms without missing a beat.
- Experienced: Previous CS experience is a big plus; iGaming or Fintech experience is even better!
- Professional: A proactive team player with a high degree of integrity.
