Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

Job Title

Oversee and manage all aspects of general accounting and financial accounting functions.

Lead day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules.

Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

Oversee corporate tax filings, sales tax compliance, and coordination with external advisors.

Manage and lead internal and external audits.

Oversee financial operations for Mexico and Canada subsidiaries.

Manage accounting related to logistics and inventory, including inventory valuation and controls.

Establish and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Prepare financial and performance reports for the Parent Company and HQ in Korea.

Act as primary point of contact for financial communication with Headquarters in Korea.

Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.

Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
