Core One is dedicated to providing analytical, operational, and technical solutions for national security. This role supports CI/HUMINT operations with rigorous intelligence analysis and operational insight.

• Conduct collections operations management and intelligence analysis to support CI/HUMINT operations. Provide detailed analysis to support current and future, full-spectrum CI/HUMINT operations and ensure proper representation of operational gain or potential operational gain to decision makers.
• Provide assessment of collection posture and gaps.
• Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of HUMINT efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies. Ensure detailed analysis supports current and future, full-spectrum operations.
• Conduct operational analysis, quality control, and quality assurance of intelligence reports and raw intelligence to support CI/HUMINT operations.

• 12 years of experience in intelligence analysis, management, or leadership positions.
• 8 full-time years as a HUMINT analyst in a strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community role.
• Master's Degree.
• At least 1 of the following
  
  Certifications:
• DOD Intelligence Fundamentals
• Certified Defense All Source Analysis Levels 1 and 2
• Certified Collections Management Professional - Fundamentals
• Intelligence Planner Certification
• U.S. Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or program.
• HUMINT-related training such as HT-JCOE or DIA Targeting Officer Course (FHTC or equivalent) or IC equivalent.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707 related to duties.
• Ability to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.

Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph eligibility.
