YSI is seeking an Information Technologist IV to provide senior-level system server administration and enterprise systems support for the CASCOM mission environment. This role is responsible for maintaining availability, performance, configuration, and operational reliability of servers and related enterprise infrastructure.

The role includes training users on VTC operation, using scheduling software to coordinate conferences, performing pre-conference testing and setup, operating crypto keying functions for secure video teleconferences, assisting customers with SIPRNET kiosk access, and providing technical assistance, including backup assistance to the Cyber Security Division when requested.

• Monitoring and maintaining system and server availability
• Identifying and resolving performance degradation or outages
• Performing backup and restoration activities
• Administering file, web, SQL, and printer servers; maintaining software baselines and configuration management
• Supporting testing, troubleshooting, inspections, and patching activities
• Supporting Microsoft website host servers, SharePoint servers and sites, and Active Directory administration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a Systems Administrator role supporting Microsoft Office products.
• Security+ Required.
