We currently have an exciting opportunity for Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Fort Lee, NJ.

Our client is a personal injury litigation firm practicing in New Jersey and New York and they are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

The salary for the position is $70,. This position is full‑time, salaried with competitive pay and benefits.

The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for the Coordination Of Litigation, Including

• Obtaining documentation related to injured parties such as medical records, bills, & wage information.
• Draft correspondence including Motions and Claim Petitions.
• Assist and potentially attend attorneys client meetings.
• Extensive contact with clients, attorneys, insurance carriers, courts and medical providers.
• Preparing documents and correspondence to be sent to clients, insurance carriers, courts and doctors offices.
• Scheduling client appointments ,court appearances and other discovery and medical expert consultations.

• Must be at least 3 to 5 years‑experience in New Jersey Workers Compensation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and adapt quickly to meet the needs of the firm.
• Fluency in Spanish or Korean in addition to English is an advantage.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new programs quickly.
