Prominent Florida Personal Injury firm in seeks experienced associate attorney/litigator to join its growing team in its Jacksonville office. Trial experience and/or a willingness to try cases is a must for this role. Please note the pay listsed below is base salary range - not total income (position pays per case settlement bonuses and trial).
To be considered, you must have at least 3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience at a Florida plaintiff firm.

All candidates MUST possess the following:

• Admitted to practice law in the Florida
• A minimum of 3 years of motor vehicle and premises litigation experience including, but not limited to: extensive knowledge and understanding of motor vehicle and premises liability litigation;
• Able to draft legal documents including all pleadings, substantive and discovery motions and appellate briefs;
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills;
• Dedicated and hard-working;
• Desire to learn;
• Able to multi-task;
• Able to handle a large work load;
• Able to efficiently prioritize work;
• Able to perform independently;
• Able to perform under pressure;
• Have extraordinary interpersonal and organizational skills
