Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Coordinator manages comprehensive logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping documents and inventory management for the company.
Responsibility Areas:- Manages international shipping documentation, communicates with supplier brokers, and provides weekly document status reporting to the SCM team.
- Reviews Domestic Mill Production Reports/documentation, communicates with suppliers, and reports production status to the SCM team.
- Manages Inventory entries, receiving, and bill processing to internal systems.
- Conducts Inventory Reconciliation across multiple warehouse sites, identifies internal discrepancies, and ensures accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinates quality-control inspections for damaged products, prepares repair orders, and manages communication with repair vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with coursework in Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Quick Books, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean to effectively communicate with vendors and partners.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of import procedures and logistics processes.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, time management, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- 2-3 years of Supply Chain or Logistics operation work experience.
- Steel/metals industry experience.
- Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n)
Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
