This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Fort Lee, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating and curating engaging content, and executing strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. You will also be tasked with analyzing social media performance metrics, communicating with internal teams, and staying informed about the latest digital marketing trends.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience with Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and develop actionable insights
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in advertising campaigns and audience targeting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
