This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Sales Associate role located in Fort Lee, NJ. As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will assist customers with product inquiries, guide them in selecting jewelry pieces, and ensure an exceptional purchasing experience. Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service, managing sales transactions and addressing customer concerns. You will also work closely with the team to meet sales goals and uphold the company’s high standards of excellence.

Contact with customers will be through phone, email, text and chat.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with diverse customers
• Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Experience in Retail Sales, demonstrating the ability to meet sales goals and build rapport with customers
• Knowledge of fine jewelry and gemstones is a plus
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail jewelry sales experience is preferred
