Lead our Fort Lee center’s growth, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional member experience. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who combines proven sales results with a passion for wellness and longevity.
What You’ll Do- Drive membership sales, revenue growth, retention, and center profitability.
- Lead by example in consultations, follow-up, and closing sales.
- Recruit, train, and coach a team accountable for sales and service goals.
- Oversee daily operations, member onboarding, and service quality.
- Build local partnerships and generate leads through events and community outreach.
- Track performance, manage costs, and turn business goals into daily action.
- 2+ years of management experience, preferably in wellness, fitness, or hospitality.
- Proven success in personal sales, revenue growth, and team leadership.
- Confidence coaching sales teams, handling objections, and driving conversions.
- Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- An accountable, proactive approach and enthusiasm for health, performance, and longevity.
- Base salary, commission, and performance-based bonuses.
