License Requirements: NY Applicator License
Location: Fort Lee, NJ and surrounding area (North Jersey, NYC, and Eastern PA)
Position Type: Full‑Time
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 7:00 am–5:00 pm. Must be willing to work at least two weekends per month and nights as needed.
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Recommend and provide estimates for one‑time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
- Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time, in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
- Use all safety equipment as instructed.
- Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order, including vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
- Devote full attention during working hours to the performance of duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor and the company.
- Pest Control Applicator NY License required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and in‑person).
- Strong customer service and in‑person presentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform kneeling and bending as necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Self‑motivated and results driven.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Applicator License (NY, NJ) required.
- Use of company vehicle upon route assignment.
- Company‑provided cellphone or devices, or reimbursement.
