• Deliver exceptional client and customer experience, answering questions, providing directions, and ensuring positive interactions.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain bus cleanliness, fuel the bus, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.
• Arrive on time, be present every scheduled day, and wear the uniform.
• Carry a valid state‑issued driver’s license at all times while on duty.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Report accidents, violations of company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc., to the garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized.
• Know all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the region to aid customers.
• Assist customers with luggage or other items, if applicable (e.g., operating shuttle buses at an airport).
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Facility Manager.

• License: Valid CDL Class A, B, or C with Passenger Endorsement.
• Medical: DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate).
• Availability: Must be able to work 3rd shift and/or weekends as required.
• Education / Experience: Less than high school education or one month of related experience/training.
• Language: Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence; present information to customers and employees.
• Math: Ability to perform basic arithmetic with American currency.
• Appearance: Must maintain neat, clean appearance and wear uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds, use hands to handle cash and equipment; occasional sit or climb.
• Salary: $24.00 per hour.
