Key Responsibilities- Unload delivery trucks using manual or powered equipment.
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Sort, label, and stage stock for smooth distribution.
- Move inventory to the correct departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter‑free receiving and back‑room area.
- Break down packaging and recycle materials responsibly.
- Support other departments with stock replenishment when needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and use proper lifting techniques.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
- Start your shift: Trucks arrive with new products; you help unload them using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
- Check deliveries: Read labels, count items, and ensure each shipment matches documentation.
- Move products: Sort, label, and relocate items to the correct storage areas or the sales floor.
- Keep it clean: Break down boxes, clean spills, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
- Wrap up: By shift’s end, you’ve moved groceries and helped keep operations running smoothly.
- No experience required—full training provided.
- Willingness to learn new tasks.
- Ability to work well with teammates and supervisors.
- Valid RealID.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.

- Lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing 25–50 lbs; occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Stand and walk on concrete floors for 8+ hours.
- Frequently bend, squat, twist, reach, and kneel while handling stock.
- Use step stools and ladders to reach high shelves; requires good balance.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, shrink‑wrap machines, and other basic equipment.
- Work in cold areas such as walk‑in coolers and freezers, and in warm or outdoor delivery zones.
- Comfortable with moderate equipment noise.
- Handle packaging that may contain light dust or allergens.
- Wear provided safety gear: gloves, non‑slip shoes, back support.
- Adjust to lighting and temperature changes throughout the day.
