Salary Information:
Salary Range: $48,000 - $103,560. All verified years of relevant experience will be credited based on education and experience. This position may qualify for up to five additional steps on the certified salary schedule, depending on education and experience. Tuition reimbursement opportunities are available. The District offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Summary:
The Elementary Teacher (3rd Grade) is responsible for providing high-quality instruction that supports the academic and social-emotional development of students. The teacher will implement standards-based instruction aligned to the Colorado Academic Standards and utilize data-driven practices to ensure student growth and achievement.
Qualifications for the Position:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Elementary Education required
- Hold or be able to obtain a Colorado Teacher License in Elementary Education issued by the Colorado Department of Education
- Demonstrated knowledge of Colorado Academic Standards and state assessments
- Ability to implement data-driven instruction in a standards-based classroom
- Experience teaching in a primary-grade-level classroom preferred
- Strong background in integrating reading, writing, and math problem-solving instruction
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team; experience with data-driven instruction preferred
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Proficiency in instructional technology preferred

Conditions of Employment:
All employment contracts are subject to approval by the Board of Education. Direct deposit of payroll is required. The District maintains a smoke-free environment in all buildings.
