  • Identify opportunities to improve production processes and participate in business‑related improvement projects
  • Assist in developing and executing short‑to‑mid‑term mine plans to meet operational targets
  • Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, submit and track work orders, coordinate repairs, and minimize equipment downtime
  • Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate production reporting, and reconcile data with inventory flyovers
  • Order parts, materials, and supplies as needed, accurately track spending, and ensure production costs remain within budget
  • Communicate with the sales team to ensure product supply meets sales demand and address customer service issues
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and elevate operational concerns
  • Assist in defining, planning, and delivering capital or process improvement projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support plant and company objectives
What we would like from you
  • Five or more years of experience in the aggregate industry with knowledge of operational best practices, including mine planning, plant processes, and material flow
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage change
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands while communicating effectively and resolving conflicts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
