Compensation and Benefits:

• $25+ per hour (dependent on qualifications)
• Up to $1,000 quarterly bonus
• $3 per hour night shift differential
• 401k with company match

Responsibilities include:

• Follow and adhere to all plant safety policies and guidelines
• Proficiently use and understand precision measurement instruments such as dial indicators, hand micrometers, and digital calipers
• Set up, operate, and maintain caster block carriers
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Ensure adequate inventories of consumables
• Maintain logs and records to track equipment status and maintenance
• Identify technical problems and provide practical solutions
• Communicate effectively with team members to support operations
• Compose and send daily shift reports detailing activities
