Weld County Department of Human Services seeks a Colorado Works Case Manager I to direct and coordinate services enabling participants to gain employment and long-term stability. The role requires in-person work at the Ft Lupton office with travel to Greeley and occasionally Del Camino, within regular business hours.
You will learn CBMS and Connecting Colorado, interview participants, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with employers and community partners to promote self-sufficiency
