Production Technician

We are hiring for Production Technicians at our Fort Madison, Iowa plant. You will report to a Production Team Leader and join a team of 400 and growing.

Shift: various start times-various end times. Hourly Rate: $21.32 an hour + $2nd shift .45 - 3rd shift $1.00 shift differential.

This role is for 3rd shift.

$21.32 per hour with shift differentials of $0.45 for 2nd and $1.00 for 3rd. Grow to $24.46 per hour upon successful completion of Level 1 requirements in 12 months or less; grow to $27.10 per hour upon successful completion of Level 2 requirements in 30 months or less.

• You will operate our production equipment and will conduct equipment inspections and other troubleshooting tasks
• You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality products for our consumers.
• Our goal is to keep improving and developing efficient processes within our production line, our production worker will play an active role.
• Cleanliness is important at our facilities. You will help with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area

• High School Diploma or a GED
• Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Required to perform the following actions during working shift:
• Repetitive arm and hand motions
• Standing / walking
• Lift / push / pull 40 lbs. consistently
• Overhead work
