Job Overview

Production Technician – 3rd Shift at Conagra Brands’ Fort Madison, Iowa plant.

Shift: 3rd Shift (various start and end times, flexible)

• Base hourly rate: $21.32
• Shift differential: $0.45 for 2nd shift, $1.00 for 3rd shift
• Annual growth potential: up to $24.46 per hour after 12 months for Level1; up to $27.10 per hour after 30 months for Level2

• Operate production equipment and conduct routine equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain operational efficiency.
• Perform product checks to ensure quality standards for consumers.
• Assist with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area.
• Execute repetitive arm and hand motions, stand/walk, lift/push/pull up to 40lbs consistently, and perform overhead work.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screening.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as described in responsibilities.
