Fabrication & Mold Prep

This is a potential to hire position for 2nd or 3rd shift.

Fabrication & Mold Prep Responsibilities:

• Prepare molds and materials for the wind turbine blade manufacturing process
• Apply materials, coatings, and components according to production specifications
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
• Assist with lay-up, assembly, and fabrication of blade components
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
• Work closely with team members and production leadership to meet daily production goals

Requirements for Fabrication & Mold Prep:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow written instructions and production documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a physically active manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with hands-on production work
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand, and perform work throughout the shift
