Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve performance goals
• Implement and sustain Lean/continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering to optimize production flow
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to drive corrective actions and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Manage production schedules, labor planning, and resource allocation
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and employee engagement
