Paint Assembly

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a Paint Assembly to join their team. As a Paint Assembly, you will be part of the Service Team supporting mold preparation and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Fort Madison, IA

Pay Range: $19- $22

Shift: 2nd and 3rd shifts,

What's the Job?

• Perform all preparation activities to the molds prior to the start of packing operations.
• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment used for mold assembly and inspection.
• Document mold preparation, web assembly, mandrel preparation, and removal processes accurately.
• Paint position available with paint experience
• Repair position available with construction experience
• Follow safety procedures and use all required safety equipment during operations.
• Support team efforts by providing technical guidance and training to colleagues as needed.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, lifting equipment, and documentation tools like Prisma.
• Ability to acquire PIME license, LOTO certification, and licenses for forklift, scissor lift, and Crown Wave.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and work sitting, standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
