About the Role:As a Sales/Account Manager at Gregory DM, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and nurturing existing client relationships. You'll leverage our established network of contacts with large and mid-sized companies to develop new business while also managing and growing existing accounts. This role offers a blend of prospecting and long-term account management, allowing you to build a substantial book of business and establish a rewarding career.
Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and contact potential clients, following up to cultivate strong relationships.
- Leverage existing contacts and develop new leads to expand your book of business.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using our company's extensive product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Travel to meet with clients (initially 50-75%, decreasing as your book of business solidifies).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A tenacious and results-oriented approach to sales.
- Comfortable working in a production environment and learning technical product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a growing company.
- Valid driver's license (required).
