As a Universal Financial Associate, you will report to the Branch Manager and play a crucial role in preparing documentation, performing transactions, and offering personalized advice to enhance members’ financial well-being. You will engage with members directly, gathering essential information and processing daily transactions while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document information for Financial Advisor

• Review and recommend improvements for personal accounts

• Open and follow-up on new accounts efficiently

• Support loan application preparation and completion

• Process member transactions accurately and in compliance

Requirements:

• 1 year of retail banking or sales experience

• High school diploma required

• Optional post-secondary finance education

• Optional IFIC certification

• Eligibility for background checks
