Position: Fort McMurray Universal Financial Associate Role
Join Servus Credit Union as a Universal Financial Associate at the Timberlea Landing Branch in Fort McMurray. This full-time, on-site position focuses on assisting members with various banking services.

In this role, you'll report to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for document preparation and member engagement. Your proactive approach will involve following up with members, ensuring accurate transactions, and recommending financial products to improve member satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation for member meetings

• Evaluate personal accounts for accuracy and compliance

• Open and manage new accounts with follow-up

• Enter loan applications and process transactions

• Differentiate credit union offerings to support members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in retail banking or sales

• High school diploma mandatory

• Possession of finance-related education optional

• IFIC certification is a plus

• Must pass required background checks
