In this permanent, full-time role, you'll oversee annual budget production, revenue forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial operations. You will conduct variance analyses, monitor departmental budgets, and engage in stewardship meetings with Joint Venture Partners. Your contribution will enhance the financial viability of IMC while embracing its mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage annual budget production and financial forecasts

• Track and review monthly budget execution

• Approve expenses and manage vendor payments

• Conduct financial statement analyses and cash flow reviews

• Represent IMC at Joint Venture stewardship meetings

Requirements:

• University degree in Business/Accounting required

• Minimum five years accounting experience required

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required

• Microsoft 365 Business Central knowledge preferred

• Proven leadership experience in finance needed
