Civeo is hiring a Housekeeping Coordinator responsible for the hygienic upkeep of residential and communal areas in our lodge. Reporting to the supervisor, you will lead communications among staff and ensure strict adherence to cleanliness standards. This job features a work rotation of 21 days on and 7 days off, requiring flexibility for various shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong staff communication

• Oversee hygiene standards in all lodgings

• Conduct training sessions for new hires

• Prepare lists for room assignments and briefings

• Manage linen counts and laundry schedules

Requirements:

• Exceptional organizational skills required

• Prior supervisory experience preferred

• First Aid certification is an asset

• Strong English communication abilities required

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
