Position: Sales Associate for Fitness at Orange theory
Become a part of the Orange theory family as a Membership Sales Associate! This role combines your love for fitness with customer engagement to help others see results.

As a Membership Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.

Your role includes presenting the OTF concept, answering inquiries at the front desk, and organizing studio tours. Team up with trainers to ensure prospective clients have a smooth introduction to our workouts while actively engaging in membership sales and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all studio visitors with warmth and knowledge

• Conduct informative presentations on the OTF experience

• Assist members and answer questions at the front desk

• Show potential customers around the facility

• Promote memberships to enhance studio growth

Requirements:

• Passion for fitness and lifestyle health

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to build relationships effectively

• Previous experience in sales is advantageous

• Commitment to maintaining a tidy and organized studio
