True North Mechanical is looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This is a great opportunity for students, entry-level salespeople, or anyone looking to earn extra income while gaining valuable sales experience.

Your primary role will be to canvass residential neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to our HVAC and plumbing services, and book appointments for our comfort advisors and technicians.

This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about sales and business development who thrive in outdoor environments and enjoy engaging with diverse communities.### Compensation* $20.00 - Minimum Wage Performance Bonuses:* $ bonus for every sale that is approved, installed, and fully paid by the customer.
* Unlimited earning potential.### Responsibilities
* Door-to-door canvassing in residential neighborhoods.
* Introduce homeowners to True North Mechanical's HVAC and plumbing services.
* Generate leads and book appointments for:
* Furnace replacements
* Air conditioning installations
* Water heaters
* Plumbing services
* Indoor air quality solutions
* Record customer information accurately.
* Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company.
* Meet daily and weekly lead-generation goals.### Qualifications
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
* Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
* Reliable transportation is an asset.
* Sales experience is helpful but not required.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.###
