Tank Operations & Sales Manager Position

Take on a vital role at Aplin as Tank Operations and Sales Manager in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This full-time opportunity focuses on overseeing tank rentals and driving sales initiatives.

Reporting to the General Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage the Tank Rentals and Sales department's operations. You will identify productivity synergies, reduce costs, and actively seek out new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Tank Rentals & Sales department functions

• Drive annual market growth for tank sales and rentals

• Work with EH&S to enforce safety culture

• Manage financial aspects for Tank Rentals and Sales

• Support fleet management initiatives

Requirements:

• Equivalent experience with education, business degree preferred

• Leadership experience of 5-10 years in relevant industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Some travel may be necessary
