Position: Cattron Territory Sales Manager Role
Take charge of sales growth as the Territory Sales Manager for Cattron in Western Canada. Focus on developing new business and deepening customer relations in engine and mobile equipment sectors.

This position requires a self-driven professional with at least five years of industrial sales experience. Responsibilities include crafting business plans, closing deals, and maintaining customer records. Candidates should be adept in technical consulting and market analysis, successfully promoting innovative control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute territory business strategies to meet sales goals

• Prospect and secure new OEM and distribution opportunities

• Provide technical presentations and application support

• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts

• Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven success in outside technical sales

• Experience in diesel engines, fluid power, or similar fields

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Self-driven with a hunter mentality

• Ability to travel frequently within the territory
